Shipping Policy

As a Hyundai dealership, we stock many Hyundai OEM parts, but not all.  If a part has to be ordered form Hyundai and is in stock at the local Hyundai warehouse, your order will take an additional 2-3 days to ship.  Some parts may have to come from a Hyundai warehouse that is not local adding an additional 3-5 business days. 

Weekend & Holiday orders will be processed the next business day. In the event a part(s) must be ordered from Hyundai, it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive to us and is promptly shipped to you. In stock items ordered before 12:00 p.m. EST usually ship the same business day. A tracking number is automatically e-mailed (same email entered on order form) the afternoon of shipment with a link provided for tracking purposes. Beware: Spam-Block Folders can grab Tracking Number email. Unless specified, all orders are shipped by ground method with UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex. Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take from 3 to 7 days. In the event a part is backordered or temporarily unavailable we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Your order will ship once it is complete.

Oversized Parts

Oversized shipments will be additional, you will be contacted prior to shipping for an approval for the additional shipping.

Dimensional Freight Fees

When an item is shipped via UPS and the package is considered oversize, a dimensional freight charge is applied. The fees are based on the overall dimensions and not the weight.

**As part of our credit card fraud protection policy, we will only ship to the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.  If an alternate shipping address is required, please establish a PayPal account with a verified 'shipping address'.
